My name is Jim and I live in Queensland Australia. I have had a pescatarian diet for the last 10 years ot so. It started off as dropping terrestrial meat to help lower my cholesterol, but I found that I can't go back to eating meat. It's what I'm used to now, and I feel better for it.
I joined a vegetarian forum, but felt that it probably wasn't the place to talk about pescatarian recipes. Vegans in particular can be so self-righteous.
